Additional Notice to Residents of the EU and EEA

The processing of personal data concerning persons in the European Union is governed by the General Data Protection Act (GDPR). Complete GDPR compliance is a priority for Adorn-Tech.

For general information on the types of personal data we collect and how your data is gathered, used, and stored, please refer to our privacy statement. Please refer to the material related to the GDPR below for further details.

What am I allowed to do under the GDPR?

With regard to your personal information, you have several rights. You can directly contact the data protection regulator in your country to find out more about your rights. Your rights consist of:

• The ability to refuse processing

You are entitled to object to certain processing, such as processing used for direct marketing.

• The right to knowledge

You have the right to get information that is unambiguous, intelligible, and honest about how we use your information and your rights (such as the information provided in this policy).

• The access right

You have the right to ask to see your information as well as certain additional details pertaining to how it was collected and utilised. This request can be subject to a modest cost.

• The right to be corrected

If the information is incorrect or lacking, you have the right to have it updated.

• The right to be forgotten

If you decide that we should no longer store and use your information, you have the option to ask that it be permanently destroyed or eliminated. This right is frequently referred to as “the right to be forgotten.” Depending on the circumstances, there can be exceptions to this rule.

• The option to limit processing

The future usage of your information may be blocked or suppressed at your discretion. We can still store your information when processing is restricted, but we may not use it further. In order to ensure that the restriction is upheld moving forward, we maintain lists of people who have requested that further use of their information be blocked.

• Data portability rights

Your personal information is yours to collect and use anyway you see fit across various businesses. For instance, if you choose to change service providers, you may simply move, copy, or transfer your data between our information technology systems and theirs in a secure manner without compromising its usefulness.

• The capability to file a grievance

You have the right to complain to your country’s data protection agency about how we handle or process your personal information.

• The ability to revoke consent

You have the right to revoke your consent at any time if you have given us permission to use your personal information for any purpose (although if you do so, it does not mean that anything we have done with your personal information with your consent up to that point is unlawful). You have the option to revoke your permission for us to use your personal information for marketing purposes.

We have one month to respond to your request for information about your rights. You can use this page to exercise any of the aforementioned rights.

What legal basis do you use to handle my personal data?

 No

Is it a condition of the contract that I provide my personal information?
