California residents’ privacy rights and consumer protection are improved by the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA). In total conformity with the CCPA, Adorn-tech is dedicated.

What types of private information about me do you gather?

In order to verify your identity, we may collect personal identifiers like your name, contact information (such as your phone number(s), email address, mailing address, and job title), credit card or bank account information, business information (such as records of the goods or services you’ve purchased or other usage patterns), and information about your online activities.We knowingly do not assemble any data on anyone under the age of 16.

Do you sell, distribute, or leak the personal information I provide?

If it’s essential for business and operational reasons, we could internally share your personal information from the categories above with our other group companies and service suppliers.

When necessary, we disclose your personal information from the categories above to service providers or third parties in order to comply with legal obligations, when we have a good faith belief that the law requires it, at the request of governmental authorities looking into a matter, to verify or enforce our terms of use or other applicable policies, to identify and prevent fraud, to address technical or security vulnerabilities, to address an inquiry from a user, or when otherwise permitted or required by law.

 We could sell or buy assets as we build up our firm. Your personal information related to the aforementioned categories may be sold or disclosed to another business if we are acquired by or merged with another organisation. Additionally, any such information will be regarded as one of our assets and as such it is conceivable that they will be sold or transferred to third parties if any bankruptcy or reorganisation procedure is initiated by or against us.

 After you have shown interest in our customers’ products or services, we could sell your personal information that falls under the categories mentioned above to those clients. This interest may be shown in a variety of ways, such as by providing us with your information to download a digital product (such a whitepaper or ebook), by participating in any of our email marketing campaigns, or by clicking on a digital advertisement that is hosted by us.  What am I allowed to do under the CCPA?

 The CCPA provides the following rights to California residents:

the right to request information about our data collection and sales practises in relation to your personal information, including the categories of information we have collected, the information’s source, our use of the information, and, if the information was disclosed or sold to third parties, the categories of information disclosed or sold to third parties and the categories of third parties to which such information was disclosed or sold;

the right to submit a “personal information request” to obtain a copy of the precise personal data that was gathered on you during the previous 12 months;

the option to have such data removed (excepting where such information is required to: i.provide you with goods or services you requested; ii. detect or resolve issues security or functionality-related issues; iii. comply with the law; iv. conduct research in the public interest; v. safeguard the right to free speech; and vi. carry out any actions for internal purposes that you might reasonably expect).

the option to request, if appropriate, that your personal data not be sold to other parties.

the freedom from being treated unfairly as a result of exercising any of the new rights.

Within a calendar year, you have the right to submit two requests for information. We will need to obtain certain information from you in order to confirm your identity if you submit a request for information. Within 45 days, you will get a response to your request.

     Only you or a person you have authorised to act on your behalf and who is registered with the California Secretary of State may submit a verified request for your personal information. You must always include your entire legal name, home address, mobile phone number, email address, the consumer right you are contacting about, and the specifics of your request for all inquiries. You can also be required to provide more identification documentation.
