The Infrastructure Reduction Act (IRA) will provide $7 billion to the seven regional clean energy hydrogen centres that President Biden announced on Friday. The president highlighted the private investments sparked by public initiatives like these hydrogen hubs in his speech at the Tioga Marine Terminal in Philadelphia. According to the president, these hubs will generate over $40 billion in private investment in addition to tens of thousands of employment.
